EZ3D Designs provides 3D modeling, CAD drafting, visualization, and related design services. All services are delivered based on project requirements agreed upon with the client.
2. Project Scope
- The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined in writing before work begins.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate project details, reference materials, and timely feedback.
- EZ3D Designs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed upon before the project starts.
- Fees are based on project scope, hours worked, or milestones as outlined in the agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- All original work created by EZ3D Designs remains the intellectual property of EZ3D Designs until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
6. Confidentiality
- EZ3D Designs maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, documents, and project files.
- Clients must also respect the confidentiality of any proprietary processes or templates used by EZ3D Designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
- EZ3D Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered files or designs.
- The client is responsible for verifying designs for compliance with local regulations, codes, or industry standards.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.
- Payments for work completed up to termination will be due immediately.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
- Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
- EZ3D Designs may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
